Account Deletion Process

1. 1.
   From the App:

   Open the Visaely app → Settings → Account → Use the "Delete My Account" option.

   Email Contact:

   You can send your account deletion request to the following email address:

   support@visaely.com

What to Include in Your Email Request

• Your registered email address
• Reason for account deletion (optional)
• Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

Data to be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Personal information (name, surname, email)
• Visa application history
• Saved checklists
• App preferences and settings
• All data associated with your account

Processing Time

Your account deletion request will be processed within 30 days after we receive it, and your account will be permanently deleted. If you wish to cancel your request during this period, you can contact us.

Data Retention Policy

After your account is deleted:

• Your personal data is completely deleted
• Some data may be retained anonymously due to legal obligations
• Statistical data may be retained without personal identification information
